The intelligent building service method comprises the steps that a liquid level sensoris controlled to be started to obtain liquid level information in real time and analyze whether the height of accumulated water in a water collecting pool exceeds a first preset height or not in realtime; if so, a monitoring camera is controlled to shoot a monitoring image in real time, and a pressure detection platform is controlled to obtain pressure information in real time; whether the cleaning area has a pressure exceeding a preset pressure or not is analyzed in real time; If so, whether a correctly parked motor vehicle exists in the cleaning area or not is analyzed in real time; if so,the size information of the motor vehicle is analyzed in real time, and a water outlet is controlled to be opened to discharge the liquid with the matched height in the water collecting tank into a water storage bin; a watering mechanism is controlled to start and spray the liquid in the water storage bin to the external position of the motor vehicle; and a watering mechanism of the cleaning areawhere the motor vehicle leaves is controlled to stop, and a watering mechanism corresponding to the water storage bin where the liquid is used up is controlled to stop.
