The invention relates to a fertilizer applicator, in particular to a one-time hole digging and multi-time fertilizer applying device which comprises a charging barrel, straps, a material conveying hose, a material conveying hard pipe, a handle, a discharging pipe, a first rotating rod, an inserting rod and a film covering and press sealing assembly. The two straps are fixed at one side of the charging barrel; one end of the material conveying hose is fixed at the bottom of the charging barrel and is communicated with the charging barrel; one end of the material conveying hard pipe is fixedly connected and communicated with the unoccupied end of the material conveying hose, and a pipe valve is fixedly arranged on a pipeline of the material conveying hard pipe; the cylindrical side face of the discharging pipe is fixedly connected and communicated with the unoccupied end of the material conveying hard pipe; the first rotating rod is hinged to the outer side face of the discharging pipe through a rotating shaft; the lower end of the inserting rod is sharp, the inserting rod is used for being inserted into the ground to form a pit, a limiting ring is fixedly arranged on the outer sideface of the inserting rod in penetrating and sleeving manners, and the inserting rod is made of iron; the handle is fixed on the material conveying hard pipe; and the film covering and press sealing assembly is used for carrying out press sealing on a covering film.
