The invention provides an adjustable prefabricated frame body mechanism for reinforced concrete. The adjustable prefabricated frame body mechanism comprises a prefabricated frame, an outer blocking frame and a concrete prefabricated plate, wherein the prefabricated frame is composed of a first inclined clamping plate, a second inclined clamping plate and two sets of clamping frames; the outer endfaces of the first inclined clamping plate, the second inclined clamping plate and the two sets of clamping frames are connected with two sets of T-shaped guide rods correspondingly, and the T-shapedguide rods are slidably inserted into a first L-shaped supporting plate and a second L-shaped supporting plate in a penetrating mode correspondingly; the T-shaped guide rods are further sleeved with springs correspondingly; a lower inserting column is arranged on the bottom end face of the outer blocking frame, and a T-shaped plate is further arranged at the inner side end of the outer blocking frame; and the outer blocking frame is inserted into a transverse plate of a third supporting plate, and a second steel rib is mounted in a fence composed of the outer blocking frame and the third supporting plate. The pouring position of a first steel rib is fixed, a series of penetrating holes and nut mounting holes are formed through separation of a plastic barrel and a plastic clamping plug A, and the first inclined clamping plate, the second inclined clamping plate and the two sets of clamping frames can further be separated by operating an adjusting screw.
