Reinforced concrete prefabricated frame
The reinforced concrete prefabricated frame comprises a plurality of stand columns, cross beams are arranged on the left side and the right side between the upper stand column and the lower stand column which are close to each other, longitudinal beams are arranged on the front side and the rear side between the upper stand column and the lower stand column which are close to each other, and first installation assemblies are arranged between the cross beams and the longitudinal beams and the upper stand column and the lower stand column which are close to each other. The installation positions of the cross beams and the longitudinal beams are better limited through arrangement of second limiting rods, third limiting holes and limiting blocks, the stability of the prefabricated frame is guaranteed while installation is convenient, the water evaporation speed of poured concrete is reduced through arrangement of an annular plate and a sealing film, shrinkage cracks caused by too fast water evaporation of the poured concrete are avoided, and the service life of the prefabricated frame is prolonged. The unnatural deformation and deviation of the cross beams and the longitudinal beams are detected by changing the covering area of the indicator board, so that a user can take corresponding measures conveniently, and the potential safety hazard that the reinforced concrete prefabricated frame collapses is avoided.
本发明公开了一种钢筋混凝土预制框架,包括若干根立柱,上下两根相近的立柱之间左右侧均设有横梁,上下两根相近的立柱之间前后侧均设有纵梁,横梁和纵梁与上下两根相近的立柱之间设有安装组件一。通过限位杆二、限位孔三和限位块的设置更好的对横梁和纵梁的安装位置进行限位,在安装方便的同时保证预制框架的稳定性,通过环板和密封膜的设置降低浇注的混凝土水分蒸发速度,避免浇注的混凝土水分蒸发过快出现收缩裂缝,通过指示板遮盖区域的改变对横梁和纵梁的不自然形变和偏移进行探测,从而方便使用者采取相应措施,避免造成钢筋混凝土预制框架坍塌的安全隐患。
