The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: putting a materials whichhave corresponding weight and are uniformly mixed and stirred into a mold or a bottom plate; flattening and compacting the materials through a pre-formed snap-in rib forming roller, and rolling and forming pre-formed snap-in ribs on the upper surfaces of the materials; sequentially extruding the upper parts of the pre-formed snap-in ribs to the side surface and downwards through one or more dovetail forming rollers, so that the extruded materials are gradually expanded to two sides or one side by 1mm-8mm to form a dovetail snap-in piece, and the blank manufacturing is completed; and enablingthe blank to be demolded or separated from the bottom plate after reaching the designed strength through a heating or irradiation device or standing maintenance, so that the manufacturing of the snap-in flexible decorative sheet is completed. The manufacturing method and the equipment are high in production efficiency and stable in equipment operation, and the product quality is easier to guarantee. The dovetail snap-in piece and a brick body of the product are of an integrated structure, during construction, the brick body is firmly and reliably embedded and engaged on the wall surface and the ground in a mechanical structure mode through the structure that an adhesive and the dovetail snap-in piece are embedded and engaged with each other, and the industry stubborn problem that similar products are prone to falling off is thoroughly solved.
