The invention discloses an ocean platform boarding system which comprises a lifting unit and a lifting tower. The ocean platform boarding system is characterized in that the lifting unit comprises a climbing gear, the climbing gear is connected with a climbing transmission device, the climbing transmission device is connected with a climbing driving motor, the lifting tower comprises a tower body,a boarding platform is arranged on the lower portion of the tower body, a rack is arranged on the tower body, and the rack is meshes with the climbing gear. According to the invention, interference of stormy waves on the whole system is reduced, the safety of personnel embarkation between a ship and an ocean platform is improved, and the risk that personnel and materials fall into the sea is avoided.
