Special flame-retardant asphalt for tunnels and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of production of flame-retardant asphalt, and discloses special flame-retardant asphalt for tunnels and a preparation method thereof. The special flame-retardant asphalt comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-45 parts of asphalt, 20-30 parts of coarse and fine aggregates, 5-15 parts of a flame-retardant modifier, 10-20 parts of mineral powder, 10-15 parts of waste residue powder, 2-5 parts of a stabilizer, 2-8 parts of hydrotalcite and 1-3 parts of a dispersant. According to the invention, the FRMAXTM flame-retardant modifier is used for modification production of asphalt, so the flame-retardant modifier has good dispersibility, safety and environmental protection performance in asphalt mixing and causes little pollution to the working environment, and the precipitation problem of a flame retardant in asphalt and the influence on asphalt performance indexes are fundamentally solved. The flame-retardant asphalt provided bythe invention not only has strong flame retardance, but also has good smoke suppression performance, low temperature resistance and durability, and the problem of cracking or weathering cracking of anasphalt pavement in a long-term use process is solved.
