The invention discloses a flame-retardant asphalt thin-layer pavement and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of asphalt thin-layer pavements. The preparation method comprises the following steps: modifying asphalt with hexanedione diformaldehyde bromophenoxymethylsilane and aminoethanone dimethoxymethylsilane to generate silica gel with a three-dimensional network structure and a porphyrin-based hyperconjugated microporous polymer; then carrying out milling, spraying and layering on the cement concrete base surface by using a glacial acetic acid solution and prime coat oil prepared from modified asphalt, and stably meshing the prime coat oil and the cement concrete base surface together; and finally, carrying out high-temperature atomization rolling on a flame-retardant asphalt thin-layer material prepared from the modified asphalt, aluminum chloride and mineral aggregate by using a sodium hydroxide solution to form the metalloporphyrin-based hyperconjugated microporous polymer with photocatalytic performance, and forming an aluminum hydroxide gel and silica gel interpenetrating network structure. And the flame-retardant asphalt thin-layer pavement which can adsorb and degrade automobile exhaust and has good high-temperature resistance, compression resistance, elasticity and toughness is obtained.
本发明公开了一种阻燃沥青薄层路面及其制备方法,涉及沥青薄层路面技术领域。本发明先将己二酮基二甲醛基溴苯氧基甲基硅烷、氨基乙酮基二甲氧基甲基硅烷改性沥青,生成三维网络结构的硅凝胶和卟啉基超共轭微孔聚合物;然后使用冰醋酸溶液和由改性沥青制得的透层油对水泥混凝土基面进行铣刨喷洒铺层,将透层油和水泥混凝土基面稳固地啮合在一起;最后使用氢氧化钠溶液将改性沥青、氯化铝、矿料制备的阻燃沥青薄层材料进行高温雾化碾压,形成具有光催化性能的金属卟啉基超共轭微孔聚合物,并且形成氢氧化铝凝胶与硅凝胶互穿网络结构,得到可以吸附降解汽车尾气且具有良好耐高温性能、抗压性能、弹性韧性的阻燃沥青薄层路面。
