The present invention relates to a porous ceramic, particularly to an alumina fiber magnesium aluminate spinel porous ceramic, which is prepared from the following raw materials by mass: 100 parts ofa main material, wherein the main material comprises active alumina powder, light magnesium carbonate powder and alumina chopped fibers, and a mass ratio of the active alumina powder to the light magnesium carbonate powder to the alumina chopped fibers is 25-50: 60-40: 10-15; 0.1 to 0.8 part of a dispersant; 0.5 to 1.8 parts of a binding agent; 150 to 220 parts of water. The alumina fiber magnesium aluminate spinel porous ceramic provided by the invention has an open through structure, the volume of the alumina fiber magnesium aluminate spinel porous ceramic after being calcined and cooled islarger than that of a green body, firing expansion occurs, the fiber not only plays a role of a framework, but also reacts with the raw material light magnesium carbonate to generate the magnesium aluminate spinel porous ceramic, and the structural strength is good. High porosity and compressive strength are realized.
本发明涉及一种多孔陶瓷,尤其是氧化铝纤维‑镁铝尖晶石多孔陶瓷,由以下原料按照质量份数制成:主料100份,所述主料包括:活性氧化铝粉、轻质碳酸镁粉和氧化铝短切纤维,其中按照质量比,活性氧化铝粉:轻质碳酸镁粉:氧化铝短切纤维为25~50:60~40:10~15;分散剂0.1~0.8份;粘结剂0.5~1.8份;水150~220份。本发明提供的氧化铝纤维‑镁铝尖晶石多孔陶瓷具有开放的贯通结构,并且煅烧冷却后体积大于生坯,发生了烧成膨胀,纤维不仅起到了构架作用,还与原料轻质碳酸镁发生了反应,生成了镁铝尖晶石多孔陶瓷,结构强度好,具有较高的孔隙率和耐压强度。
