The invention discloses a polystyrene foam particle solid waste concrete block which is prepared from a cementing material, an additive and water by adopting an autoclaving-free process, and the raw materials of the cementing material are selected from polystyrene particles, steel slag micro powder, slag micro powder and cement. The invention discloses a polystyrene solid waste concrete block anda preparation method thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing polystyrene cement particles from polystyrene foam particles and PO42.5 Portland cement, adding the polystyrene cement particles into a slurry obtained by mixing other cementing materials, additives and water, pouring the obtained slurry, molding, and curing to obtain the finished product block. Comparedwith the prior art, the industrial solid waste is reasonably and effectively utilized, and the concrete block with good heat preservation, noise resistance, water absorption resistance and fracture resistance can be manufactured.
本发明公开了一种聚苯乙烯泡沫粒固废混凝土砌块，所述混凝土砌块选取胶凝材料、外加剂以及水采用免蒸压工艺制得，所述胶凝材料原材料选自聚苯乙烯颗粒、钢渣微粉、矿渣微粉、水泥。本发明公开了一种制备聚苯乙烯固废混凝土砌块及其制备方法，是先通过聚苯乙烯泡沫粒和PO42.5硅酸盐水泥制成聚苯乙烯水泥粒，再将其加入其他胶凝材料、外加剂和水混合而得的浆料中，所得浆体浇筑成型后养护得到成品砌块。与现有技术相比，本发明不仅合理有效的利用了工业固体废料，还能制造出保温性、抗噪性、防吸水性、抗折性较好的混凝土砌块。
