The invention provides a foam concrete block prepared from solid wastes and a preparation method of the foam concrete block. The foam concrete block is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 500 to 550 parts of Portland cement, 800 to 880 parts of waste silt, 2.5 to 7.2 parts of NaOH, 1.1 to 1.6 parts of aluminum paste, 2.0 to 4.0 parts of an accelerator and 400 to 570 parts of water. The waste silt is obtained by sequentially performing crushing, ball milling, magnetic separation iron removal and 24-mesh screening on solid waste, and the solid waste is one or more of steel slag, tailings, coal slag, wollastonite, waste gypsum and building waste. Most of the raw materials selected for the foam concrete block are recycled industrial wastes, so that the cost of the raw materials can be reduced, and natural resources can be saved; and the dry apparent density, compressive strength and heat conductivity coefficient of the prepared foam concrete block can reach and even are obviously superior to the current national standard requirements.
本发明提供了一种利用固体废弃物制作的泡沫混凝土砌块及其制备方法,该泡沫混凝土砌块包括以下重量份的原料:硅酸盐水泥500‑550份、废弃泥沙800‑880份、NaOH2.5‑7.2份、铝膏1.1‑1.6份、速凝剂2.0‑4.0份和水400‑570份;该废弃泥沙为固体废弃物依次经破碎、球磨、磁选除铁和过24目筛后得到的,且固体废弃物为钢渣、尾矿、煤炉渣、硅灰石、废石膏和建筑废料中的一种或多种。本发明的泡沫混凝土砌块所选用的原料大部分为回收再利用的工业废弃物,既能降低原料成本,又能节约自然资源;所制得的泡沫混凝土砌块的干表观密度、抗压强度和导热系数都能够达到甚至明显优于现行国家标准要求。
