Method for preparing lightweight wall thermal insulation material from phosphogypsum slag
The invention discloses a method for preparing a lightweight wall thermal insulation material from phosphogypsum slag. The lightweight wall thermal insulation material is prepared from phosphogypsum,hot-stewed steel slag, fly ash, quick lime, cement and a cement foaming agent. The method comprises the following steps of: respectively drying, grinding and screening the phosphogypsum, steel slag and fly ash to a certain particle size; weighing phosphogypsum and steel slag in proportion and dry-mixing the phosphogypsum and the steel slag; uniformly stirring a certain amount of an alkali activator and the dry-mixed material, and aging the mixture; weighing a certain amount of a foaming agent, and carrying out diluting, stirring and foaming; mixing foam with a certain amount of cement, and adding the aged dry blend; and compacting on a cement compaction table, and curing in a cement curing box to a specified age to obtain the lightweight wall thermal insulation material. The method has theadvantages that the process is simple, and the calcining link can be omitted; high-valued utilization of phosphogypsum and hot-stewed steel slag can be realized; and beneficial resources such as calcium, iron, aluminum and silicon in ardealite, hot-stewed steel slag and other industrial solid wastes are utilized separately, and environmental protection is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种磷石膏矿渣制备轻质墙体保温材料的方法,其通过磷石膏、热闷钢渣、粉煤灰、生石灰、水泥和水泥发泡剂制备轻质墙体保温材料,将磷石膏、钢渣、粉煤灰分别进行干燥、研磨和筛分至一定粒度;按比例称取磷石膏和钢渣并进行干混;再将定量的碱激发剂与干混物料搅拌均匀后陈化;称取定量发泡剂稀释后搅拌发泡;泡沫与定量水泥混合后加入陈化后干混料;在水泥振实台上振实,置于水泥养护箱中养护至规定龄期,得到轻质墙体保温材料材料。本发明的优点:工艺简单,可免去煅烧环节;可实现磷石膏和热闷钢渣的高值化利用;分利用磷石膏、热闷钢渣和其他工业固体废物中的钙、铁、铝、硅等有利资源,利于环境的保护。
