Method for preparing porous lightweight ceramic thermal insulation material from blast furnace slag
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a method for preparing a porous lightweight ceramic thermal insulation material from blast furnace slag. The method for preparing the porous lightweight ceramic thermal insulation material by using the blast furnace slag comprises the following steps: 1) mixing: uniformly mixing the blast furnace slag, fly ash, sodium carbonate, boric acid, an adhesive and sodium phosphate, and sealing and placing for 20-30 hours to obtain a mixture; 2) blank making: pressing and drying the mixture obtained in the step 1) to obtain a blank; and (3) sintering: sintering the blank prepared in the step (2), and preserving heat to obtain the porous light-weight thermal insulation material. According to the invention, the blast furnace slag is used as a main raw material, one-time sintering is adopted, the porous lightweight ceramic thermal insulation material can be prepared and obtained, and the porous lightweight ceramic thermal insulation material has the advantages of good breaking strength, low heat conductivity coefficient, low volume density and low volume water absorption rate, and meets the standard requirements of building exterior wall external thermal insulation foamed ceramics.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及利用高炉渣制备多孔轻质陶瓷保温材料的方法。利用高炉渣制备多孔轻质陶瓷保温材料的方法,包括以下步骤:1)混料:取高炉渣、粉煤灰、碳酸钠、硼酸、粘接剂和磷酸钠混匀后密封放置20~30h,得到混合料;2)制坯:将步骤1)混料的混合料进行压制并干燥,得到坯料;3)烧结:将步骤2)制坯的坯料烧结并保温,得到多孔轻质保温材料。本发明以高炉渣为主要原料,采用一次烧结,可制备并获得多孔轻质陶瓷保温材料,该多孔轻质陶瓷保温材料具有良好的抗折强度,导热系数低,体积密度低,体积吸水率低,符合建筑外墙外保温泡沫陶瓷的标准要求。
