Solar power generation type automatic roadbed frost heaving prevention system
The invention relates to a solar power generation type automatic roadbed frost heaving prevention system. The system comprises a solar cell panel, a single-chip microcomputer stm32, a temperature sensor, a relay and a heating wire. The system converts solar energy into electric energy and supplies power to the whole system through storage of the battery panel. The temperature sensor monitors the temperature of roadbed soil in real time and transmits information to the single-chip microcomputer stm32; the single-chip microcomputer stm32 sets a 0 DEG C temperature threshold value, when the temperature value transmitted by the temperature sensor is lower than the threshold value, the single-chip microcomputer stm32 transmits information to the relay, the relay turns on the switch to transmitelectricity to the heating wire, and the heating wire rises the temperature of roadbed soil through heating to prevent the roadbed from frost heaving. When the temperature is higher than a threshold value, the single-chip microcomputer transmits information to the relay, the relay turns off the switch, and the heating wire stops working. Working and stopping of the system are switched according tothe actual temperature of roadbed soil, roadbed frost heaving is avoided, and the system can achieve full-automatic work, and is high in precision, simple in structure, low in cost and high in realizability.
