The embodiment of the invention provides a clamping type frost heaving prevention device and a roadbed thereof, and relates to the technical field of seasonal frozen soil area engineering construction. The clamping type frost heaving prevention device is applied to a roadbed and comprises a heat gathering pipe, a heat storage unit and a heat collecting unit. The heat collection unit comprises a super-heat-conducting plate and a heat absorption coating, the super-heat-conducting plate comprises a heat absorption end and a heat release end, and the heat absorption coating is sprayed on the upper surface of the heat absorption end; the rear vertical face and the front vertical face of the heat storage unit are both used for being in lap joint with the heat release end, the heat storage unit is a closed container, and the heat storage unit is filled with a phase change material with the phase change temperature being 10-30 DEG C; the heat collecting pipe comprises a heat release section and a heat absorption section which are communicated with each other, the heat absorption section is lapped at the top of the heat storage unit, and the heat release section is used for being inserted from one side of the embankment in the direction perpendicular to the embankment, so that engineering diseases such as uneven frost heaving and longitudinal cracking of the embankment, especially a wide embankment, can be effectively avoided, and the long-term stability of the embankment is ensured.
