Construction method of stress absorption layer asphalt pavement
The invention discloses a construction method of a stress absorption layer asphalt pavement. The method comprises the following steps: 1 preparing a lower bearing layer; 2 constructing a permeable layer; 3 laying a glass fiber grid layer; 4 constructing a stress absorption layer; and 5 constructing an asphalt surface layer. In the step 4, rubber asphalt with the temperature larger than or equal to150 DEG C is sprayed to the surface of the glass fiber grid layer, the rubber asphalt is bonded with permeable layer oil in the permeable layer to form a rubber asphalt layer, then stress absorptionlayer aggregate is scattered on the rubber asphalt, the stress absorption layer aggregate is rolled to be embedded into the rubber asphalt layer, and therefore the stress absorption layer is formed. The method is used for asphalt pavement construction and can improve the stress condition of the pavement structure, reduce the number of reflection cracks and improve the use performance of a highwaypavement, thereby prolonging the service life of the pavement.
本发明公开了一种应力吸收层沥青路面的施工方法。其包括以下步骤:步骤1,准备下承层;步骤2,透层施工;步骤3,铺设玻纤格栅层;步骤4,应力吸收层施工;步骤5,沥青面层施工。在步骤4中,先在玻纤格栅层表面上喷洒温度≥150℃的橡胶沥青,橡胶沥青与透层中的透层油粘结形成橡胶沥青层,然后在橡胶沥青上撒布应力吸收层集料,再碾压应力吸收层集料使其嵌入橡胶沥青层,从而形成应力吸收层。本发明用于沥青路面施工可改善路面结构的受力状况,减少反射裂纹的数量,提高公路路面使用性能,从而延长路面使用寿命。
