A road surface drying device convenient to move for highway construction comprises a pushing base, a mounting groove is formed in the bottom of the pushing base, an L-shaped shell is fixedly communicated with the top of the pushing base, a heating wire is arranged in the L-shaped shell, a rotating shaft is rotatably mounted on the inner wall of the top of the L-shaped shell, and a plurality of fanblades are fixedly mounted on the outer side of the rotating shaft; a connecting pipe is fixedly installed at the bottom of the L-shaped shell, a rotating pipe is rotatably installed on the outer side of the connecting pipe, the bottom of the rotating pipe fixedly communicates with an air blowing cover, and the outer side of the air blowing cover is fixedly sleeved with a first bearing. A round rod is driven to rotate through a fifth bevel gear, the round rod drives a first connecting rod to rotate, the first connecting rod drives a second connecting rod to operate, the second connecting roddrives a lifting base to reciprocate up and down, then a mounting plate drives crushing teeth to reciprocate up and down, and ice can be crushed; the device further has sweeping and drying functions,and is good in drying effect, convenient to move, simple in structure and convenient to use.
