The invention relates to a pile tooth type anchorage and a construction method thereof. The pile tooth type anchorage comprises a front anchorage chamber; an anchor plug body which is arranged behindthe front anchor chamber, and a steel strand used for being connected with a main cable is arranged in the anchor plug body; and a plurality of pile teeth which are used for being stressed together with the anchor plug body and are integrally arranged at the periphery of the anchor plug body. According to the pile tooth type anchorage and the construction method thereof, on the premise that the scale of the anchor plug body is not increased, the bearing capacity of the anchor plug body can be improved, the construction difficulty and risk are reduced, the anchorage engineering scale is reduced, the structural safety, stability and durability are all remarkably improved, and meanwhile, due to the arrangement of the pile teeth, under the condition that main cable tension is the same, the anchor plug body can be shortened, the section size can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced by 25% compared with a conventional tunnel anchor.
