The invention belongs to the technical field of structural engineering, and particularly relates to a circular steel tube concrete lengthening method which is characterized by comprising the followingsteps: step 1, properly placing a lengthened steel tube body; step 2, performing preliminary connection through threads; step 3, welding the lengthened steel tube body and a thick-wall steel tube connecting body into a whole at a reserved groove of the thick-wall steel tube connecting body; step 4,preliminarily connecting the tube body of the other lengthened steel tube with the other side of thethick-wall steel tube connecting body through threaded connection; and step 5, welding the tube body of the other lengthened steel tube and the other side of the thick-wall steel tube connecting bodyinto a whole at the reserved groove of the thick-wall steel tube connecting body. The connecting joint is simple in structural form and clear in load transmission path, the working efficiency of concrete-filled steel tube connection is improved, and the connecting quality at the joint can be guaranteed; the steel tube wall thickness of the thick-wall steel tube connecting body is larger than thewall thickness of the lengthened steel tube body, the steel tube portion with the weakened threads is reinforced, and node connection is safe and reliable.
本发明属于结构工程技术领域,尤其是涉及一种圆钢管混凝土的接长方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:步骤一:将接长钢管管身放置妥当;步骤二:通过螺纹初步连接;步骤三:在厚壁钢管连接体预留坡口处将接长钢管管身与厚壁钢管连接体焊接成整体;步骤四:通过螺纹连接将另一根接长钢管管身与厚壁钢管连接体另一侧初步连接;步骤五:在厚壁钢管连接体预留坡口处将另一根接长钢管管身与厚壁钢管连接体另一侧焊接成整体。本发明连接节点构造形式简洁,荷载传递途径明确,提高了钢管混凝土连接的工作效率,可保证节点处连接质量;厚壁钢管连接体的钢管壁厚大于接长钢管管身的壁厚,对螺纹削弱的钢管部位起到加强作用,使节点连接安全可靠。
