Screw-in type circular steel pipe concrete pile lengthening structure and construction method
The invention discloses a screw-in type circular steel pipe concrete pile lengthening structure and a construction method. The lengthening structure is divided into three schemes, the first scheme andthe second scheme each comprise a screw-in loading device, a pile head, a lengthening pile body, a connecting body and an original pile body, and the lengthening pile body, the connecting body and the original pile body are mutually connected in a screw joint and welding mode; in the first scheme, concrete is prefabricated only inside the original pile body; in the second scheme, hollow cylindrical concrete is prefabricated inside the lengthening pile body, the connecting body and the original pile body; and in the third scheme, a lengthening inner pipe, a connecting inner pipe and an original inner pipe are additionally arranged, the lengthening inner pipe, the connecting inner pipe and the original inner pipe are arranged coaxial with the lengthening pile body, the connecting body and the original pile body in sequence and mutually connected in a screw joint and welding mode, and concrete is prefabricated only inside gaps of the original inner pipe and the original pile body. The method comprises the steps that a factory prefabricated part is transported to a site, the pile head and the original pile body are connected, and screw-in construction of the original pile body is completed through the screw-in loading device; and the screw-in loading device and the pile head are disassembled, the connecting body and the lengthening pile body are sequentially installed on the original pile body, and screw-in construction continues to be carried out after cast-in-place concrete construction is completed in the first scheme and the third scheme.
一种旋进式圆钢管混凝土桩接长结构及施工方法,接长结构分为三种方案,方案一、二包括旋进加载装置、桩头、接长桩身、连接体及原始桩身,后三者之间以螺接+焊接方式相连;方案一中仅原始桩身内预制混凝土;方案二中接长桩身、连接体及原始桩身内均预制空心圆柱式混凝土;方案三中增设接长内管、连接内管及原始内管,三者依次与接长桩身、连接体及原始桩身同轴布设且以螺接+焊接方式相连,仅在原始内管与原始桩身间隙内预制混泥土。方法为:工厂预制件运至现场,连接桩头与原始桩身,通过旋进加载装置完成原始桩身旋进施工;卸下旋进加载装置及桩头,在原始桩身上依次安装连接体和接长桩身,方案一、三需要完成现浇混凝土施工后继续旋进施工。
