The invention discloses a municipal intercepting and removing device for lumps in an urban river channel. The device comprises a conveying mechanism, wherein the conveying mechanism is composed of a material conveying cylinder, a screw conveyor, a motor, a material discharging pipe and a material discharging groove, and the motor is fixedly installed at the top end of the material conveying cylinder. According to the device, through the arrangement of the conveying mechanism and material stirring mechanisms, when the device is installed on the upstream of the urban river channel, the lumps doped in river water can be effectively intercepted by the multiple material stirring mechanisms and transmitted to the bottom of the conveying mechanism, the conveying mechanism transmits the lumps accumulated at the bottom of the conveying mechanism to a river bank, therefore, the purpose of intercepting the lumps at the upstream of the river channel is achieved, the lumps are effectively preventedfrom flowing into the landscape river channel in the urban area along with river water, the water quality of the landscape river channel in the urban area is guaranteed, through arrangement of an impeller, the impeller can naturally rotate through flowing of river water, and the impeller indirectly achieves an energy-saving effect, so that the energy consumption during the operation of a first motor is effectively shared.
