Application method of TG reinforced belts in high-backfill soil foundation of transformer substation
The invention relates to the field of substation soft soil foundation treatment, in particular to an application method of TG reinforced belts in a substation high-backfill soil foundation. Two layersof TG reinforced belts are laid within the range of lime-soil replacement, the distance between the first layer of rib material and the top surface of a cushion layer is 0.9 m, the distance between the second layer of rib material and the top surface of the cushion layer is 2.1 m, the distance between the first layer of rib material and the second layer of rib material is 500 mm, and the two layers of TG reinforced belts are distributed in a square net shape. By means of the capabilities of stress diffusion, stress distribution adjustment, lateral confinement enhancement and the like of the reinforced cushion layer with high rigidity, lateral extrusion and upheaval of soft foundation soil are prevented, the purposes of reducing foundation settlement deformation and exerting foundation potential of a soft underlying layer in a natural state are achieved, the deformation of the foundation is effectively reduced, and the stability of the foundation is improved, so that the bearing capacity of the foundation can be better improved; and the technical problem of uneven settlement of structures in a high backfill area is solved.
本发明涉及变电站软弱土的地基处理领域,具体涉及一种TG加筋带在变电站高回填土地基中的应用方法;在灰土换填的范围铺设两层TG加筋带,首层筋材距离垫层顶面0.9m,二层筋材距离垫层顶面2.1m,二者之间的间距为500mm,两层所述的TG加筋带均呈方格网状分布;本发明通过刚度较大的加筋垫层的应力扩散、调整应力分布以及增强侧限等能力,阻止软弱地基土的侧向挤出和隆起,达到减小基础沉降变形,发挥软弱下卧层天然状态下的地基潜力的目的,有效地减小了地基的变形和增大了地基的稳定性,因而可以较好地提高地基承载力;解决高回填土区域的构筑物不均匀沉降的技术问题。
