The invention relates to the technical field of civil construction equipment, and discloses a water surface rammer compactor for civil construction. The water surface rammer compactor comprises a water surface supporting body, a supporting base, a supporting frame, a column-shaped rammer, and a lifting mechanism; the water surface supporting body is in the form of an annular air bag; a guide channel penetrating through a center hole in the water surface supporting body is formed in the center of the supporting base; the supporting frame comprises a slideway which is arranged above the guide channel and is formed by four symmetrically arranged vertical rods; the column-shaped rammer is suspended in the guide channel through a lifting rope; the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting motor anda lifting winch; a lifting rope is wound on the lifting winch; and a brake mechanism is connected to the winch. The rammer compactor can float on the water surface for operation, convenience is provided for water surface piling and tamping operation, guide holes are formed in the middles of the water surface supporting body and the supporting base so that a pile body can be conveniently positioned, stress is balanced and stable in the piling process, and the position of the pile body is stable; and through the suspended rammer, in the piling process, the pile body is tamped through gravity falling, and labor saving and high efficiency are achieved.
