Continuous-cooling crack prevention and control structure for mass concrete
The invention provides a continuous-cooling crack prevention and control structure for mass concrete, and relates to the technical field of building construction. The structure solves the problems that at present, hydration heat is caused by hydration reaction of cement during concrete pouring, the heat dissipation rates of the interior and surface are different, the cement hydration heat gatheredinside is not prone to dissipate, the temperature inside the concrete rises, a large temperature difference is generated between the surface and the interior of the concrete, so that pressure stressis generated inside the concrete, and cracks are generated. The continuous-cooling crack prevention and treatment structure for the mass concrete comprises a frame body mechanism, and the upper portion of the middle of the rear end of the frame body mechanism is fixedly connected with the front end of a power mechanism; and wind power generated by rotation of a fan cools water in a guide pipe, thetemperature of a surface layer of the concrete can be lowered, and meanwhile, the surface layer of the concrete cannot be disturbed by the temperature in air, and the situation that the stress of theconcrete is affected by the air temperature, and consequently the concrete cracks is avoided.
本发明提供一种大体积混凝土连续降温的裂缝防治结构,涉及建筑施工技术领域,解决了现有的混凝土在浇灌的时候水泥因水化反应引起水化热,内部与表面散热速率不一样,聚集在内部的水泥水化热不容易散发,混凝土内部温度升高与混凝土内部产生较大的温度差,使混凝土内部产生压应力出现裂痕的问题。一种大体积混凝土连续降温的裂缝防治结构,包括架体机构,所述架体机构后端中间上方位置与动力机构前端固定连接。风扇转动产生的风力对导管内的水进行降温处理,可让混凝土表层的温度进行降温处理,同时混凝土的表层不会受到空气中温度的干扰,避免了空气温度影响到混凝土的应力,使得混凝土出现开裂的情况。
