The invention relates to a concrete column continuous cooling crack prevention device which comprises a heat preservation belt and a driving mechanism, one end of the heat preservation belt is connected with a lantern ring, and a long-strip-shaped through hole allowing the other end of the heat preservation belt to penetrate through is formed in the lantern ring; a connecting belt is fixed to the outer surface of the heat preservation belt and extends in the length direction of the heat preservation belt, a part of the connecting belt extends out of the other end of the heat preservation belt, the part, extending out of the other end of the heat preservation belt, of the connecting belt is a connecting section, and the driving end of the driving mechanism is detachably connected with the connecting section. The heat insulation effect can be achieved, the concrete column is separated from the external environment, the internal and external temperature difference is prevented from being too large, and heat in the concrete column can be slowly released outwards from the upper end and the lower end of the concrete column; and secondly, the binding effect can be achieved, the situation that the surface of concrete cracks due to the fact that the poured concrete column expands inside and corresponding tensile stress is generated outside is avoided, and the concrete column is well protected.
本发明涉及一种混凝土柱连续降温的裂缝防治装置,包括保温带和驱动机构,所述保温带的一端连接有套环,套环形成有使所述保温带的另一端能够穿过的长条形通孔;保温带的外表面固定有连接带,连接带沿所述保温带的长度方向延伸布置且从所述保温带的另一端延伸出一部分,所述连接带从所述保温带的另一端延伸出的一部分为连接段,所述驱动机构的驱动端与所述连接段可拆卸连接。本发明第一能够起到隔热的作用,将混凝土柱与外界环境分隔开,避免内外温差过大,使得混凝土柱内部的热量可以缓慢的从其上下两端向外释放;第二能够起到束缚的作用,避免浇筑的混凝土柱内部膨胀,外部产生相应的拉应力,导致混凝土表面开裂,对混凝土柱起到较好的保护作用。
