The invention belongs to the technical field of geotechnical engineering, and discloses a temporary foundation pit supporting and permanent slope supporting combined supporting system and method. Thesystem is characterized in that temporary supporting pile top crown beams are arranged at the tops of temporary supporting piles, permanent supporting structure piles are arranged on one sides of thetemporary supporting piles, permanent supporting structure pile top beams are arranged at the upper ends of the permanent supporting structure piles, and a permanent face wall is arranged at the upperends of permanent supporting structure pile top crown beams; a permanent cover plate is arranged at the upper end of the permanent face wall and the upper end of a permanent rib wall; and basement side walls are connected to the left sides of the permanent face wall and the permanent supporting structure pile top crown beams through concrete slabs, and permanent supporting rib walls are arranged,at certain intervals, along the side boundary of a foundation pit, between the temporary supporting piles and a permanent supporting face wall. According to the system and the method, temporary foundation pit supporting and permanent slope supporting are combined, and the purposes of greening the environment and improving the ecological environment can be achieved by arranging a vegetation hanging net through reserved connecting pieces in the permanent face wall above a basement.
