The compression-resistant and wear-resistant steel structure building material comprises a first composite plate and a second composite plate, wherein cavities are formed intwo sides of the first composite plate, and transverse holes are formed in the inner wall of one side, close to the second composite plate, of the first composite plate; and one ends of two insertingrods are fixedly mounted on one side of the second composite plate, the other ends of the inserting rods penetrate through the transverse holes and extend into the cavities, a fixing hole is formed in the top of each of the two inserting rods in the vertical direction, and a moving rod is mounted on the inner wall of one side of each cavity in a sliding mode. The problems in the prior art are solved. Not only is the wear resistance of the steel structure composite plate improved, but also the composite plates are simpler and more convenient to assemble and splice, and the requirements of people are met.
