The spraying instrument comprises a machine body, wherein a stirring cavity with an upward opening is formed inthe machine body; and a transmission cavity is formed in the lower end of the stirring cavity, a first shaft sleeve extending up and down is rotationally arranged between the transmission cavity and the stirring cavity, and the first shaft sleeve extends upwards into the stirring cavity and is annularly and fixedly provided with four arc-shaped blocks.
