The invention discloses an pre-embedded hoisting box, a prefabricated slab and a hoisting and connecting method of the prefabricated slab. The pre-embedded hoisting box comprises a hook inlet, two limiting grooves with downward openings and an elastic device, wherein the lower end of the hook inlet communicates with the openings of the limiting grooves; the limiting grooves are formed in the opposite positions of the two sides of the hook inlet respectively; the elastic device is arranged at the bottom of the pre-embedded hoisting box; the hook inlet is used for allowing an external hoisting hook to enter the pre-embedded hoisting box; and the elastic device is used for providing upward elastic force to jack the hoisting hook into the two limiting grooves after the hoisting hook enters thepre-embedded hoisting box and makes contact with the elastic device. According to the invention, by means of the pre-embedded hoisting box and the matched hoisting hook, after the prefabricated slabis hoisted to a designated position, the hoisting hook can be conveniently taken out of the pre-embedded hoisting box, so that cutting of a hoisting ring is avoided, the construction progress is accelerated, the construction safety is enhanced, and creation of a civilized construction site is facilitated.
