Prefabricated laminated slab hoisting auxiliary positioning device
The invention aims at the technical field of prefabricated buildings, and provides a prefabricated laminated slab hoisting auxiliary positioning device which comprises a guide positioning component, a width adjusting component and a supporting component. The two ends of the transversely-arranged width adjusting component are rotationally connected with symmetrical supporting components. The top ends of the symmetrical supporting components are connected with guiding and positioning components through hinges. The width adjusting component is adaptively fixed in the beam side molds at different intervals, so that the guide positioning component can conveniently guide the laminated slab; the axial length of the shaft neck is reasonably designed before the device is produced, so that the distance of the edge of the mounted laminated slab protruding out of the beam edge can be accurately controlled; and meanwhile, the smooth guide rods are symmetrically and obliquely arranged, so that disassembly and assembly are avoided when the adjacent laminated slabs are hoisted and positioned.
本发明针对装配式建筑技术领域,提供了一种预制叠合板吊装辅助定位装置,包括导向定位构件、宽度调节构件和支撑构件;横向放置的宽度调节构件两端转动连接有对称的支撑构件;对称的支撑构件顶端铰链连接有导向定为构件。本发明通过宽度调节构件自适应固定在不同的间距的梁侧模内,进而方便导向定位构件对叠合板进行导向;在装置生产前合理设计轴颈的轴向长度,能够精确控制安装的叠合板边突出梁边的距离;同时,呈对称倾斜设置的光滑导杆,能够在相邻叠合板进行吊装定位时,免拆卸及安装。
