The invention discloses wall building assistance equipment. The equipment comprises a movable chassis; a lifting stand column is arranged on the movable chassis; a lifting table is arranged on the lifting stand column; a sliding block is connected to the lifting table in a sliding mode; a telescopic device used for driving the sliding block to move is arranged on the lifting table; a guide rod ishorizontally arranged on the sliding block; two positioning backup plates are connected to the guide rod in a sliding mode; the positioning backup plates are arranged in the horizontal direction; a driving mechanism used for driving the two positioning backup plates to move reversely is arranged on the sliding block; and hydraulic supporting columns are arranged on the periphery of the movable chassis. When a wall is built, bricks can be positioned through the positioning backup plates, so that the bricks are prevented from deviating from the vertical direction in the upward building process of the wall, the perpendicularity of the wall is guaranteed, and the wall is prevented from inclining or collapsing.
