Bolting-welding hybrid reinforcing structure for perforated beam
In actual engineering, holes are often required to be reserved in webs of steel structure buildings due to equipment installation and other reasons to meet equipment requirements, and the original bearing capacity of steel beams is reduced after the webs are weakened, so that an original traditional stiffening rib reinforcing mode is changed, a c-shaped flitch is used for reinforcing, and a bolting-welding hybrid reinforcing structure has better mechanical property than traditional stiffening rib reinforcement on the basis of reducing the construction difficulty and reducing the problem of stress concentration caused by welding.
在实际工程中,钢结构建筑由于设备安装等原因,经常需要在腹板上留有孔洞,来满足设备要求,由于腹板削弱后会降低钢梁原有的承载力,因此,本发明改变了原有的传统加劲肋补强方式,改用c字形贴板进行补强,本发明在降低施工难度,减少由于焊接导致的应力集中问题的基础上,比传统的加劲肋补强具有更加良好的力学性能。
