REINFORCING MEMBER, AND REINFORCING STRUCTURE FOR PERFORATED STEEL BEAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency when welding a reinforcing member to a perforated steel beam, along with reliability and workability, at the same time ensuring degree of freedom of design of equipment piping, etc.SOLUTION: A reinforcing member 1 has an outer peripheral part of a body part 2 formed with a pair of linearly formed parts 4 that face each other and a pair of connection-formed parts 5 arranged symmetrically around an axial line orthogonal to the linearly formed parts 4. The reinforcing member 1 is attached to a web 12 such that the linearly formed part 4 is roughly parallel to a beam axial direction, and the pair of connection-formed parts 5 is fillet welded to the web 12. Welding workability is enhanced while offering a sufficient reinforcing effect, because entire circumference of a hole part 3 needs not be welded to the linearly formed part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 補強部材の鉄骨有孔梁への溶接作業性を高め、信頼性および施工性を向上させ、設備配管等の設計自由度を確保する。【解決手段】 補強部材1は、本体部2の外周縁部が、相対する一対の直線形状部4と、直線形状部4に直交する軸線に対して対称形の一対の接合形状部5とを備えて形成されている。補強部材1は、直線形状部4が梁軸方向に対して略平行となるようにウェブ12に添設され、一対の接合形状部5が隅肉溶接によりウェブ12に接合されている。直線形状部4および孔部3の全周は溶接されずともよく、溶接作業性が高められ十分な補強効果を有する。【選択図】 図2
