The invention relates to a civil air defense door locking device. The civil air defense door locking device comprises a locking mechanism, and the locking mechanism comprises a transmission shaft rotationally arranged in a door leaf. Transmission gears are fixed to the two ends of a transmission shaft. Transmission racks engaged with the transmission gears are arranged in the door leaf. One end ofeach transmission rack is provided with a lock head which is matched with a door frame in an inserting mode. A worm wheel is arranged in the transmission shaft. A driving shaft is rotationally arranged on the door leaf. A worm engaged with the worm wheel is arranged on the driving shaft. A sealing mechanism is arranged on the door leaf. The sealing mechanism comprises a rotating shaft rotationally arranged on the outer side of the door leaf and a sealing beam arranged on the rotating shaft. The driving shaft and the rotating shaft are connected through a synchronizing assembly. The synchronizing assembly comprises a first belt wheel arranged on the driving shaft, a connecting shaft rotationally arranged on the door leaf, a second belt wheel arranged on the connecting shaft and a synchronous belt arranged on the first belt wheel and the second belt wheel in a sleeving mode. A first bevel gear is arranged at one end of the connecting shaft. And a second bevel gear engaged with the firstbevel gear is arranged on the rotating shaft. The civil air defense door locking device has the effect of improving the locking efficiency of a civil air defense door.
