The invention provides a cement paste system. The cement paste system comprises the following components: cement (G-grade high-sulfate-resistance oil well cement), a large-temperature-difference retarder, a large-temperature-difference fluid loss agent, a high-temperature-resistance elastic material, a high-temperature-resistance toughening material, a high-temperature expanding agent, a high-temperature strength stabilizing material, a weighting agent, an early strength agent, a dispersing agent and water. The density of the cement paste system can reach 1.8-2.15 g/cm<3>, and the thickening time can be adjusted and controlled within 150-500 min. The top cement paste can be prevented from being subjected to super retarding by virtue of the large-temperature-difference retarder and the large-temperature-difference fluid loss agent. By means of the high-temperature-resistant elastic material and the high-temperature toughening material, the mechanical property of set cement can be improved, and the sealing property of a cement sheath is improved. The requirements that the well bottom temperature is not higher than 140 DEG C, the temperature difference between the top and the bottom of the sealing section is not larger than 80 DEG C, the 72-hour strength of the top set cement is larger than 14 MPa, and the elastic modulus of the set cement is smaller than 8 GPa can be met.
