The invention belongs to the technical field of cement paste for well cementation and relates to an elastic toughened cement paste system and a preparation method thereof. The elastic toughened cementpaste system are made of the following raw materials: 100 parts of cement; 4-15 parts of an elastic material; 2-10 parts of a toughening material; 0-40 parts of a high-temperature stabilizer; 0-5 parts of an expanding agent; 0-15 parts of an ultrafine material; 4-10 parts of a filtrate reducer; 0-4 parts of an early strength agent; 0-3 parts of a dispersing agent; and 0-2.5 parts of a retarder. Adry mixture is added into a wet mixture, so that the elastic toughened cement paste system can be obtained. Aiming at the well cementation difficulty of a long-sealing-section horizontal well, the elastic toughened cement paste system is researched and formed by preferably selecting domestic elastic materials, additives and admixtures, has the characteristics of low water loss, zero water separation, high strength and low elastic modulus, can meet the fracturing requirement of later exploitation of the horizontal well, guarantees well cementation quality, and is economical and practical.
