Preparation method of anti-static ceramic material
The invention discloses a preparation method of an anti-static ceramic material. The method comprises the following steps: grinding each component raw material into a powdery raw material; mixing anddrying the powdery raw materials; adding the powdery raw material into an adhesive, and heating and stirring until the powdery raw material and the adhesive are uniformly mixed to form a molten-statemixed solution; pouring the molten-state mixed solution into a mold, and molding; and sintering the formed ceramic material with a degreasing agent to form the anti-static ceramic material. When the preparation method of the anti-static ceramic material is implemented, all the component raw materials are ground into powder raw materials, the powder raw materials are mixed and dried, the powder rawmaterials are added into an adhesive to be heated and stirred until the powder raw materials are uniformly mixed to form molten mixed liquid, the molten mixed liquid is poured into a mold to be molded, and the formed ceramic material is sintered with a degreasing agent to form the anti-static ceramic material.
