Preparation method of multilayer ceramic substrate
The invention discloses a preparation method of a multilayer ceramic substrate. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a plurality of ceramic substrate layers, a restraint layer and a protective layer base material in advance, and coating a prepared ceramic substrate layer base material with a sintering active agent by using substrate pretreatment equipment. According to the preparation method of the multilayer ceramic substrate, the surface of the ceramic substrate layer base material is uniformly coated with the sintering active agent through an atomizing spray head, after active agent coating treatment of one surface of the ceramic substrate layer base material is completed, two servo electric cylinder driving shafts are used for driving a mounting plate to reset, and thena limiting assembly is driven by an output shaft of a rotating motor in a mounting frame to rotate by 180 degrees in a through groove, so that a placing frame in the through groove is turned over, thecoating operation is repeated, and active agent coating treatment on the two faces of the ceramic substrate layer base material in the placing frame is completed. Therefore, the efficiency of treating the surface of a ceramic insulator layer is greatly improved, and the preparation efficiency of the multilayer ceramic substrate is improved.
本发明公开了一种多层陶瓷基板的制备方法，预先准备若干个陶瓷基体层、约束层以及保护层基材，利用基板预处理设备对准备的陶瓷基体层基材进行烧结活性剂的涂覆处理。该多层陶瓷基板的制备方法，通过雾化喷头将烧结活性剂均匀的涂覆在陶瓷基体层基材的表面，在完成陶瓷基体层基材一个面的活性剂涂覆处理后，利用两个伺服电缸驱动轴带动安装板复位，接着通过安装架内部的转动电机输出轴带动一个限位组件在通槽的内部转动180°，从而使通槽内部的放置架进行翻转，重复上述涂覆操作，完成对放置架中陶瓷基体层基材双面的活性剂涂覆处理，大幅提高对陶瓷绝缘体层表面进行处理的效率，从而提高对多层陶瓷基板的制备效率。
