A gate machine core comprises a driving piece and a driven shaft, and the driving piece is in separable transmission connection with the driven shaft. The gate machine core further comprises a fixingbase, the driving piece is movably fixed to one side of the fixing base, the driven shaft is arranged on the other side of the fixing base, at least one electromagnet is arranged on the side, facing the driving piece, of the fixing base, and at least one magnetic attraction plate is arranged at the position, corresponding to the electromagnet, of the driving piece. And the electromagnet is used for attracting the magnetic attraction plate when being electrified and enabling the driving piece to be in transmission connection with the driven shaft. At least one elastic piece is further arrangedbetween the fixing base and the driving piece, and the elastic piece is used for pushing the driving piece and the fixing base and enabling the driving piece to be separated from the driven shaft whenpower is off. According to the gate machine core provided by the invention, the electromagnet and the elastic piece are arranged, so that the driving piece is in transmission connection with the driven shaft in a clutching manner, and the driven shaft and the driving piece are automatically separated in case of power failure, so that the gate can rotate freely.
