The invention relates to the field of water conservancy gates, and discloses a bidirectional transportation ship lock device with a built-in rotating wheel of a dam body which comprises a dam body, anannular cavity is formed in the dam body, a center through cavity is formed in the inner end wall of the annular cavity in a communicating mode, and an annular rotating block is arranged in the annular cavity in a rotating fit connection mode. The annular rotating block is internally equipped with ship conveying cavities with a central through cavity as the center. The cavities are arranged symmetrically in an upward and downward manner and communicated forward and backward. Compared with a traditional ship lock, the corresponding space is saved through the mode that the ship lock device is embedded in the dam body, and in a mode that the ship lock device is embedded in the dam body, the water body and the ship body are transported together in a rotating mode, the stability of the ship inthe conveying process is guaranteed, conveying can be conducted without a water discharging mode, meanwhile, the gate is provided with two ship transportation positions, and the transportation efficiency is greatly improved through the structure; transfer of the vessel between a high water level and a low water level may be performed simultaneously to reduce waiting time due to the vessel duringtransfer.
