The invention provides a pile foundation structure of a precast pile and an intelligent auxiliary construction method. The pile foundation structure comprises a precast column, a covering layer and arock layer, wherein the top face of the rock layer is covered with the covering layer; a deposition block capable of achieving linkage, expansion and positioning is arranged inside the rock layer in aburied mode, the precast column is inserted in the central position of the deposition block in a matched and penetrating mode, and the positions, located outside the precast column, of the top face of the deposition block are provided with balance blocks capable of achieving butt joint, fastening and fixing in a sleeved mode; and four position correcting blocks are symmetrically placed on the positions, located on the side edges of the deposition block, of the surface of the rock layer, and fastening mechanisms capable of achieving double fastening, fixing and connecting are fixed to the surfaces of the position correcting blocks. According to the pile foundation structure of the precast pile and the intelligent auxiliary construction method, the deposition block is adopted as a pile foundation positioning foundation, the problem that an existing pile foundation adopts long-degree-of-freedom penetrating insertion to form a fixed foundation in order to guarantee positioning stability is effectively solved, and the pile foundation structure is more suitable for pile foundation fixing in an area with the shallow covering layer; and meanwhile, degree-of-freedom limiting on the precastcolumn is increased upwards through the balance blocks, and opposite pulling force is formed in cooperation with the position correcting blocks and the fastening mechanisms, so that the side supportstabilizing effect on the precast column is greatly improved.
本发明提供一种预制桩桩基结构及智能化辅助施工方法,包括:预制柱、覆盖层和岩石层,所述岩石层顶面覆盖有覆盖层,所述岩石层内部埋设有可联动膨胀定位的沉积块,所述沉积块中心位置配合穿插有预制柱,所述沉积块顶面位于预制柱外部套设有可对接紧固固定的平衡块,所述岩石层表面位于沉积块侧边对称放置有四个正位块,所述正位块表面固定有可双重紧固固定连接紧固机构,本发明采用作为桩基定位基础,有效解决现有的桩基为保障定位稳定采用较长自由度的穿插形成固定基础的问题,更加适合于覆盖层较浅区域的桩基固定,同时通过平衡块向上增加对预制柱的自由度限位,配合正位块和紧固机构形成对立的拉扯力,极大提高对预制柱的侧支撑稳定效果。
