The invention provides a mechanical vertical shaft structure. The mechanical vertical shaft structure comprises a plurality of vertical shaft shell rings, the vertical shaft shell rings are connectedthrough screwing connecting pieces, and the vertical shaft shell rings are connected with the screwing connecting pieces through threads correspondingly. The vertical shaft shell rings are in threadedconnection through the screwing connecting pieces, vertical shaft construction can be accelerated, vertical shaft construction can be conveniently conducted through machines, construction is rapid, and the period is short; according to a construction method, manual excavation of a working well is completely replaced, a supporting structure is not needed, the construction safety coefficient is high, the vertical shaft shell rings can play a role in soil-retaining to a retaining wall, soil collapse is prevented, and ground subsidence is prevented; due to the fact that connection and jacking ofthe vertical shaft shell rings are both in a spiral descending working mode, connection and construction between the vertical shaft shell rings can be completed through one construction machine; and the defects of large occupied area, high construction risk, large environmental influence, high cost and the like in the construction process when an open cut method is adopted to update an inspectionwell are overcome.
本发明提出了一种机械式竖井结构,包括若干个竖井筒节,竖井筒节之间通过旋合连接件连接,且竖井筒节与旋合连接件均通过螺纹连接。本发明的竖井筒节通过旋合连接件螺纹连接,能够加快竖井施工,并方便利用机械进行竖井施工,使得施工快速、周期短;本发明的施工方法完全取代了人工开挖工作井,并且无需支护结构,施工安全系数高,而且竖井筒节可对挡土墙起挡土作用,防止土体坍塌,防止地面下沉;由于竖井筒节的连接和及顶进,均为螺旋式下降的工作方式,因此,可采用一个施工机械即可完成竖井筒节之间的连接和施工;解决了采用明挖法对检查井进行更新,施工过程占地面积大、施工风险高、环境影响大、成本高等弊端。
