The device comprises a base fixedly arranged between the ground and a wall corner, a turnover containing groove with an outward opening is formed in the base, a closestool barrel is arranged in the turnover containing groove in a sliding mode, the closestool barrel can rotate in the turnover containing groove, supporting disc bodies are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the closestool barrel, a connecting column is fixedly connected between the right end of each supporting disc body and the base, the closestool barrel is rotatably arranged between the supporting disc bodies which are symmetrical front and back, a closestool inner barrel with an upward opening is arranged in the closestool barrel, a discharge hole with an outward opening is formed in the toilet bowl body, the right end of the discharge hole protrudes out of the arc-shaped surface of the right side of the toilet bowl body, andthe discharge hole is communicated with the closestool inner barrel through an isolation cavity. In order to promote defecation of people with constipation and reduce the use amount of water after defecation is finished, the embodiment aims to design a closestool device special for people with constipation.
