The invention discloses a prefabricated concrete house with a frame structure, and belongs to the field of buildings. The prefabricated concrete house comprises ring beams, vertical columns with grooves and prefabricated components, wherein the prefabricated components are prefabricated in a factory in advance; wall plates are arranged between the corresponding vertical columns with the grooves; door window holes are reserved according to requirements; the beams are arranged above the wall plates; joints of the columns and the beams are connected by steel bars, and concrete is poured to buildthe frame structure which takes the beam columns as a bearing system; floor slabs are lapped on upper edges of the ring beams on the layer surfaces; concrete is poured into the grooves between the floor slabs to build superposition ring beams on the layer surfaces; and facing is carried out to build a superposition floor. During construction, the prefabricated components are spliced by hoisting equipment, so that the number of construction workers on site is reduced, the wet construction amount is reduced, the labor intensity is reduced, and the construction progress is quick.
