The novel hot galvanizing zinc pot cover protective door comprises two stand columns, a plurality of protective doors arranged in a stacked mode are installed between the stand columns, guide rails are arranged on the inner sides of the stand columns, the protective doors correspond to the guide rails in a one-to-one mode, lifting mechanisms are arranged on the stand columns, and the lifting mechanisms can drive the protective doors to move up and down; a protective device is arranged on the position, between the adjacent protective doors, of each stand column, the protective device comprises a motor, a speed reducer and a safety rotating shaft which are arranged in sequence, and a coupler is arranged between the speed reducer and the safety rotating shaft; and composite bearings are arranged on the two sides of each protective door, and limiting sliding rods are arranged on the protective doors and used for limiting the positions of the adjacent protective doors. The protective door is simple in structure, the service life of the protective door is greatly prolonged under the condition that sealing isguaranteed, damage is hardly caused, meanwhile operation is simple, and the protective door is easy to master and convenient to maintain.
