The invention relates to the related field of solar radiation collection or absorption devices, in particular to cooling equipment for collecting and utilizing solar radiation energy. The cooling equipment comprises a machine body and a first transmission cavity arranged in the machine body, wherein a power generation device is arranged at the top of the first transmission cavity and the top of the machine body. The power generation device comprises fixed rods which are fixedly arranged on the top wall of the machine body in left-right symmetry, and spring blocks connected with the top ends ofthe fixed rods through springs are arranged at the tops of the fixed rods in an up-down sliding mode. According to the cooling equipment for collecting and utilizing solar radiation energy, solar panels installed at the top collect solar energy and stop part of heat energy, the solar energy is utilized to generate electricity, and meanwhile the area directly irradiated by the sun on a roof can bereduced, so that the temperature rises at a lower speed; and then by utilizing the generated electric energy and atomizing the collected filtered rainwater, the indoor temperature is rapidly lowered,and therefore the purpose of green cooling is truly realized.
