The invention discloses a wear-resistant non-slip ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof, the wear-resistant non-slip ceramic tile comprises a ceramic tile green body and a glaze layer from bottom to top, and the glaze layer is prepared from the following raw materials: calcite, mullite, quartz powder, barium oxide, alumina, modified silicon carbide micropowder, zinc silicate, a suspendingagent, zirconium oxide and aluminum fiber. By changing the slurry formula of the glaze surface, the firing temperature of the glaze surface is increased, the surface of the ceramic tile has granular sensation, so that the anti-slip effect is improved, and the surface of the ceramic tile has no large obvious raised lines and is convenient to clean; the anti-skid effect is improved mainly through quartz powder, aluminum oxide and barium oxide, feldspar is avoided, the wear resistance is improved, calcite and mullite are used as main crystalline phases, the glass phase of a glaze layer is reduced, the crystallization amount is increased, and thus the wear resistance is improved; and the wear resistance is remarkably improved by using the modified silicon carbide micro-powder.
本发明公开了一种具有耐磨作用的止滑瓷砖及其制备方法,从下而上包括瓷砖坯体、釉面层,所述釉面层由以下原料制成:方解石、莫来石、石英粉、氧化钡、氧化铝、改性碳化硅微粉、硅酸锌、悬浮剂、氧化锆、铝纤维。本发明通过改变釉面的浆料配方,提高釉面的烧成温度,使瓷砖表面具有颗粒感,从而提高防滑作用,且本发明的瓷砖表面没有大块明显的凸条,便于清洁;本发明主要通过石英粉、氧化铝、氧化钡来提高防滑效果,且本发明避免使用长石,有利于耐磨性能的提高,通过使用方解石、莫来石为主要晶相,使得釉层的玻璃相减少,析晶量增加,从而有利于耐磨性能的提高;通过使用改性碳化硅微粉显著提高耐磨性能。
