The invention relates to the field of building wet-mixed mortar quick-drying agents, in particular to a wet-mixed mortar liquid quick-drying agent, which comprises a quick-drying component, a stabilizing component, a dispersing and modifying component and an auxiliary component, and the quick-drying component comprises at least two of aluminate, an aluminum ion-containing compound and carbonate; the stabilizing component is at least one of sodium hydroxide, sodium oxide, calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide; wherein the dispersing and modifying components are at least two of amides, polymeric iron salts and polymeric aluminum salts; and the auxiliary component is at least one of basic silicate and alcohol amine. According to the wet-mixed mortar liquid quick-drying agent, after short-time stirring, flowing concrete can be directly converted into dispersive granulated mortar aggregate, and the granulated aggregate can be directly applied to newly-mixed concrete or mortar. The concrete recycling process is innovated, and the problems of slurry recycling and foam treatment are solved. The invention further provides a using method of the wet-mixed mortar liquid quick-drying agent.
