Fluid concrete liquid quick-drying agent and using method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building concrete quick-drying agents, and particularly relates to a fluid concrete liquid quick-drying agent which comprises a quick-drying component, a stabilizing component, a dispersing and modifying component and an auxiliary component, wherein the quick-drying component comprises two of aluminate, an aluminum ion-containing compound and carbonate; the stabilizing component is one of sodium hydroxide, sodium oxide, calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide; the dispersing and modifying components are two of amides, polymeric iron salts and polymeric aluminum salts; and the auxiliary component is one of basic silicate and alcohol amine. According to the fluid concrete liquid quick-drying agent, the liquid quick-drying agent is added into the fluid concrete, after short-time stirring, the fluid concrete can be directly converted into dispersive granulated concrete aggregate, and after natural curing, the granulated concrete aggregate can be directly applied to newly-mixed concrete, so that the problem of recycling of slurry water is avoided. The invention further provides a using method of the fluid concrete liquid quick-drying agent.
本发明涉及建筑混凝土速干剂领域，一种流态混凝土液体速干剂，包括速干成分、稳定组分、分散及改性成分、以及辅助成分，其中速干成分为铝酸盐、含铝离子化合物、碳酸盐中的两种；稳定组分为氢氧化钠、氧化钠、氧化钙、氢氧化钙中的一种；分散及改性成分为酰胺类、聚合铁盐类、聚合铝盐类中的两种；辅助成分为碱式硅酸盐、醇胺类中的一种。本流态混凝土液体速干剂，在流态混凝土中添加液体速干剂经过短时间搅拌后，可将流动性混凝土直接转化为分散性粒化混凝土骨料，经过自然养护后，可将粒化后的混凝土骨料直接应用在新拌混凝土中，避免浆水回收利用的难题。本发明还提出流态混凝土液体速干剂的使用方法。
