The invention provides a curing agent for curing soft soil to broaden a roadbed. The curing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 32%-50% of high-calcium fly ash, 5%-25% of bentonite, 5%-15% of cement, 10%-15% of ground calcium carbonate, 1%-10% of hydrophilic fibers and 0-3% of an early strength agent. Different curing agent proportions are selected according to different natural water contents of soft soil, so that the bearing capacity of a soft soil foundation is obviously improved, the settlement amount of the foundation is reduced, and the roadbed stability is improved; the preparation process is simple, the raw materials are easy to obtain, the cost is low, the treated soft soil is high in strength, industrial waste is reasonably utilized, and theapplication value is high.
